Residents enjoy access to a spacious community hall, fully-furnished guest rooms, 24/7 security, CCTV surveillance, and seamless online facilities for maintenance payments and bookings.
SLN Urbana takes pride in its vibrant social fabric. Festivals, sports days, cultural programmes, and community gatherings are organised regularly, fostering a strong sense of togetherness among residents. Every occasion — from Diwali to New Year — is celebrated with enthusiasm and collective spirit.
The community is guided by a dedicated management committee led by Mr. Ramesh (President) and Ms. Prerna (General Secretary). Together, they work tirelessly to ensure the smooth operation of the society, transparent governance, and the best quality of life for all residents.

By accessing or using the SLN Urbana resident portal, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Access to resident and admin features requires authentication via OTP or admin access key respectively. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Maintenance fees, amenity booking charges, and any other payments made through the portal are processed via a third-party payment gateway. By initiating a payment, you agree to the payment gateway's terms as well. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
Bookings for the community hall, guest rooms, or other shared amenities are subject to availability and management approval. Cancellation and refund rules for bookings are governed by the Refund Policy below.
SLN Urbana Management Committee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to data loss or payment failures caused by third-party services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide services (e.g., payment gateway, OTP service provider) or as required by law.
We implement reasonable security measures including encrypted communication (HTTPS), token-based authentication, and access controls to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal information for as long as you remain an active resident or as required by applicable laws. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting the management committee.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact the management committee through the resident app or admin portal.
We use localStorage and session storage for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Maintenance fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable. In case of a duplicate payment or payment processing error, the resident may raise a refund request with the management committee within 7 days of the transaction date.
Guest room cancellations follow the same policy as amenity bookings above. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the resident app or by contacting the management committee directly.
To request a refund, contact the management committee with the following details: your flat number, transaction ID, amount paid, and reason for the refund request. Requests submitted beyond the eligible period will not be considered.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If a payment is deducted from your account but not reflected in the portal, please wait 24 hours for automatic reconciliation. If the issue persists, contact us with your bank transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.
